Who you are buying from
KS Maths is sold by Keith Spencer, trading as KS Maths, Bangkok, Thailand. Contact: hello@ksmaths.com. Card payments are taken by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record: it charges any VAT or sales tax due and issues the receipt.
The licences
A one-teacher licence is for the named teacher who bought it. A school licence is for the mathematics teachers of one school. Each lasts twelve months from payment and does not renew.
You may print and use the material with your own classes. You may not resell it, upload it elsewhere or share access outside the licence.
Refunds
Email hello@ksmaths.com within 30 days of paying for a full refund.
Privacy
Lessons run in your browser and store nothing you type. The site counts visits anonymously, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. A teacher's sign-in cookie holds only a signed access token. Payments are handled by Gumroad.
