A finished, dated mathematics course for the year group you are short of, with the subject specialist still attached while it runs.
An unfilled maths post does not pause the scheme of work. Cover holds the room, but the sequence drifts, assessment slips, and whoever is appointed inherits ground that has to be made up from somewhere.
This is the alternative. A full year of lessons, dated against your calendar and written to a standard you can inspect before you commit to anything, with a serving IB mathematics lead behind it for as long as the gap runs.
Judging teaching material from a description is pointless. One topic is already built, publicly, to exactly the standard the rest would be written to. Open it and make your own mind up.
The dated structure runs across Years 7 to 11, including IGCSE 0580 at core and extended, 176 lessons per class mapped to units and textbook pages against a four lessons a week timetable. Alongside it: a finished Diploma topic, twelve internal assessment guides, and animated explanations rendered for the ideas that do not survive being drawn on a whiteboard.
It is a complete skeleton with one limb finished. That is deliberate, and the next section is the honest part.
The dated structure exists. The lesson content behind it does not, except for the topic linked above. Nobody should be sold a finished course that is not finished, and a head of department would find that out in about thirty seconds.
So the work is the writing: your year group, your curriculum, your dates, built to the standard of that topic page. One year group at a time, because that is what can be done properly rather than quickly.
| Lessons | Dated against your calendar, with the warm up, the content, the worked examples, the homework and the objective written out, so a supervising teacher can pick it up and run it. |
| Assessment | Written, set and marked, with the mark scheme and the commentary on common errors that makes feedback worth reading. |
| Reporting | Grades and written comments to your format and your deadlines. |
| Coaching | Fortnightly sessions with whoever is covering, so a non specialist knows what the next lesson is actually for and what the examiner wants. Delivered to your staff, not to your students. |
| Career-related | CP mathematics included, which is the part most applicants have never taught. Written by a serving CP coordinator. |
To be precise about the shape of it: this is curriculum design, assessment design and staff coaching. It is not remote teaching of your students, and it is not sold as a substitute for the appointment you are making.
Two shapes, depending on what you need. A defined pack for one unit or one Diploma topic, delivered in fourteen days, as a one off. Or a term engagement where the writing, the assessment and the coaching run together until your appointment starts.
Both are quoted in local currency once I know the year group, the curriculum and the end date, and both take half up front, because the writing starts before anything is delivered.
The honest limit, said up front: this is written and delivered from Bangkok, asynchronously, with scheduled sessions for your staff. It is not a teacher in front of your class and it is not a substitute for the appointment you are making. It is how a department holds its standard in the weeks before that appointment starts, instead of discovering in January how much ground was lost.
